Shrimp Stir Fry

Shrimp Stir Fry
12 medium shrimp
Splash of olive oil
Splash of soy sauce
1/2 small onion
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
4 mushrooms
2 stalks of celery
1/2 a bunch of asparagus
Salt and pepper to taste
A few shakes of red pepper flakes (rhymes!)

Cut vegetables on a bias. Cook the vegetables in oil until they are lightly tender. Add shrimp, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Cook until the shrimp are pink. Watch them cook. Over cooked shrimp and stir fry vegetables are never too enjoyable to eat. Serve with some brown rice. Don’t forget your chop sticks!
